How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For homes, 2–4 times a year keeps your windows bright and clear. Businesses often prefer monthly or bi-monthly cleanings to maintain a spotless, professional appearance.
Do you clean both the inside and outside?
Yes! You can choose interior, exterior, or both — whatever fits your needs.
Are screens and window tracks included?
They’re available as add-ons — and totally worth it. Clean screens let in more fresh air, and spotless tracks keep everything sliding smoothly. Add them to your service for the full sparkle effect. ✨
Are you insured?
Absolutely — The Tidy Kiwi has a business license and has general liability insurance, so you can relax knowing your property is in good hands.
Do I need to be home during service?
Not always. For exterior-only jobs, you don’t need to be home if we have access. For interior cleaning, we’ll schedule a convenient time that works best for you.
Do you handle commercial properties too?
Yes — we service storefronts, offices, and commercial spaces up to two stories.
What other services do you offer?
Along with windows window screens, and window track cleaning, we provide gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning.

Can you walk me through what a typical window washing job looks like from start to finish?
1. Setup & Prep – We arrive on time, do a quick walkthrough, and set up safely with eco-friendly supplies.
2. Exterior Cleaning – Windows are scrubbed, squeegeed, and detailed. .
3. Interior Cleaning (if requested) – We carefully clean glass, (clean window tracks and screens on request) inside your home or business.
4. Final Touches – Edges are wiped, streaks checked, and everything put back in place.
5. Review & Wrap-Up – We walk you through the finished work to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
What can I do before you arrive?
Where possible please move valuables, furniture and items away from glass so we can have easy access to clean, we are extremely careful, but we don't want any accidents to happen.
